La signature de l’acte de vente a eu lieu à 18h, le 22 juin 2007
2 heures plus tard, on était dedans en train de démolir les cloisons et l’isolation de l’étage
La première étape était de faire un traitement anti parasitaire de la charpente….
Mais la première surprise (ô joie des réno) : les vrillettes avaient bien attaqué la charpente et les joues de la lucarne, bref, il fallait faire intervenir un charpentier…
